Proposition 1 ($53 Million Bond Package)

FOR -- 1,754 (votes) -- 49%

AGAINST -- 1,822 -- 50%

Proposition 2 (13-Cent Tax Hike)

FOR -- 1,609 -- 45%

AGAINST -- 1,961 -- 54%
